- Premises and equipment maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Improvement noted in organization of back area and keeping floor area clear. Continue to keep floor area clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest activity.
- Handsinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Cooler were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder):
- Display cooler 4C

- Freezers were -15C to -30C and maintaining product in a frozen state.
- No hot holding at the time of the inspection
- Observed food protected from contamination - wrapped/covered, raw meat stored beneath ready to eat items in cooler.
- Observed proper thawing practices - in cooler (<4C)
- Dishwasher was operational. 100ppm chlorine detected on dish after cycle. *Test strips could not be located by staff at time of inspection. Locate or obtain chlorine test strips. Ensure chlorine residual is tested daily prior to opening.
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
- Supervisor present holds valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate (expires 5-Jan-2024)
*Premises is still being subleased to Raising John which uses the premises when Creme de la Crumb is not operating (weekends, evenings). Dry storage space allotted to Raising John. No concerns noted.
