Comments

- Temperature of coolers and freezers were adequate. One of the walk-in-coolers were out of service during inspection. There were no potentially hazardous foods being stored here at the time.
- Liquid soap and paper towels were present at the hand wash sinks.
- Quat sanitizer was available for use. The concentration of the sanitizer in 2 of the buckets were low. These were in the process of being replaced.
- There were no signs of a pest infestation.
- Overall sanitation was satisfactory. Some cleaning is required under storage shelves in dry storage area especially to help monitor for pests.
