Routine inspection conducted: -Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at/below required temperature of -18'C. NOTE: Open display cooler (ready to each foods section) had ambient air temperature ranging in between 7-8'C. Manager had advised the unit is under a defrosting cycle at this time. Records from today had no issues. -Temperature monitoring system in place. Records kept upto date. -Back area satisfactory. General food storage practice satisfactory. -No evidence of pest activity observed. Professional pest control company contracted for monthly visits. NOTE: Received milk delivery just before the inspection. Surface temperatures still measured at 4'C. Milks placed in the walk-in cooler at this time. General sanitation of the facility is good.
