Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on March 23, 2018 (RPT #: JMAA-AX5U6X). - Walk-in cooler is now at 4C - Rice / Proteinaceous foods may now be placed inside the walk-in cooler - Ensure that routine temperature logging is conducted to monitor cooler temperature - if cooler escalates above 4C (40F) and does not go back down below 4C in a reasonable amount of time (e.g. 10 mins) after door is closed, please move potentially hazardous foods to a cooler maintained at 4C or below (e.g. store walk-in cooler) Recommendations: - Call a technician to assess whether the walk-in cooler needs maintenance Another follow-up inspection will occur on Monday, April 2 to ensure that thorough cleaning has been conducted (see routine report #JMAA-AX5U6X for further details).
