Observation: Old rodent droppings noted underneath the hand washing station by the syrup station and behind undercounter unit by the juicer. Have all rodent droppings removed and the area disinfected.

Observation: More thorough cleaning is needed in hard to reach areas such as underneath/behind equipment and shelving units. Accumulation of old food debris was noted in the following areas:
- behind moveable cooler unit by the front juicer
- underneath front syrup dispensing station
- inside cabinet area underneath the fruit/syrup station.
Frequent and thorough cleaning is required to help rectify the rodent problem.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
All cooler units less than or equal to 4C and equipped with thermometers.
3 compartment sink satisfactory and sink plugs were available.
Quats dispenser at 200ppm.
High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of 74C at plate level.
Secondary dry storage area satisfactory. No pest activity was noted in the dry storage area.
Large stand-up freezer unit at -13C.
