Routine inspection: All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. General sanitation was satisfactory. Note: Operator has purchased a hot holding unit and oven, which are not currently in use. Approval to operate from Fraser Health is required. This will include submitting an application, menu, Food Safety and Sanitation Plan and a permit fee. Approval will be granted during the final inspection.
