Introduction
An unscheduled inspection was conducted on May 19, 2021 to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
At the inspection dated May 19, 2021 there were 5 children and 2 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed and a copy was provided.
The following discussions were had with the Licensee:
· Staffing
· Registrations
· Covid-19 prevention strategies were reviewed
· Physical Facility (Resilient surfacing;fencing) & Locking lower cabinets
· Health & Hygiene
The information contained in the report was discussed with the Licensee and Licensing stated that the report will be emailed to the facility.
