General sanitation was satisfactory. Walk in cooler display cooler <4C, walk in freezer, display freezer <-18C. thermometers present in cold units. Temperature log available for review. No clutters at the back room between aisles. No pest activity observed during inspection. Randomly checked BBD. No expired food items observed on the retail floor. Note: Ice built up on the curtains and the door of the walk-in freezer. Please clean ice regularly and check if need to replace rubber seal.
