Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer buckets at the front prep area had 0ppm Quats. Operator had advised the buckets were filled with Quats at 10am. Inspection conducted after 2:30pm. Both buckets refilled with 200ppm Quats at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure 200ppm Quats is available for use at all times. Change the solution at least every 2 hours.

-Handwash station adequately supplied with paper towels, liquid soap and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating at or below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating below -18'C.
-Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
-Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-Tools/equipment maintained in a sanitary condition.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-Professional pest control company contracted for biweekly visits. Abell-Recent reports kept on site.
-Washroom handsink satisfactory.
-Automated Quats dispenser at correct concentration of 200ppm.
-3 compartment sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory.
