Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # RWOG-CLLVBU of Nov-28-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: 1) Ice machine has mould and mildew build up within. 2) In-use utensils only washed at the end of the day. Correction: 1) Wash, clean and sanitize the ice machine. Ensure ice is emptied to prevent cross-contamination when using sanitizer. 2) This is a repeat violation - see report from Sept 14, 2020. In-use utensils must only be used for a maximum of 4 hours before being fully washed, rinsed and sanitized.
