Routine inspection conducted:

- Cooler was measured at -1 degrees C (ambient)
- Thermometer accurate to 1 degree C is available for cooler
- Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available in properly labeled spray bottles at 200 ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 77 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C at the utensil surface / 82 degrees C rinse water temperature)
- Food products are protected from contamination.
- Utensils stored in sanitary condition
- Ice machine is cleaned and sanitized weekly, as noted in the cleaning log. Ice scoop stored safely in a clean, dry container at time of inspection.
- No evidence of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Washroom is maintained in clean condition
- Daily records are maintained for the cooler, high temperature dishwasher, and sanitizer.
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. FOODSAFE equivalent certificate produced at time of inspection expires in 2023.
