Three compartment sink used to manually wash dishes; third compartment had 200 ppm of QUAT
QUAT sanitizer bucket near single compartment prep sink; detected 200 ppm of QUAT

No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection.
**After mushroom prep, drain bowl of mushroom was placed in the only hand washing sink to drain. Ensure to discontinue this practice as the hand washing station must be available at all times and the sink must only be used for hand washing. Drain bowl removed at the time of inspection**
