Follow up inspection conducted: *Confirmed with City of Surrey that outside dry storage space (container) was not permitted for previous business. Office was emptied out and set up as a dry storage space. * Sink plugs obtained for manual dishwashing. *Walk in freezer operating at required temperature of -18C. Technician came. Ensure that unit is operating at -18C or below at all times. *Proposed dry storage container outside will NOT be used to store any food. HEALTH APPROVAL GRANTED TO OPERATE. This approval does not exempt you from obtaining other agencys approvals. *Permit fee $112.50 collected on a cheque #100029. Please contact the health inspector for any question or concerns.
