Ensure that proper bleach surface sanitizing solution is available at all times for the meat section (1/2 tsp household unscented bleach (5.25%) per 1 liter of water.

Bleach available on site is at 7%. Using this concentration of bleach, 1/4 tsp household unscented bleach is to be mixed with 1L water.

Immediately have a spray bottle mixed and have available for meat store at all times.

1. Rust is developing around the walk in freezer door from condensation. Surface will need to be refinished so that it is smooth/easy to clean.
2. Door handle for walk in freezer has come off.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Re-finish the freezer door so that it is smooth, durable and easily cleanable surface. Correct by: April 16, 2021
2. Repair door handle to the walk in freezer door. Correct by: April 2, 2021
