- Handsinks in kitchen and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap & paper towel.
- Coolers - upright, glass cooler, undercounter cooler - measured at temperature less than 4C.
- freezer unit is measured at less than -26C ambient air temperature
- Hot holding unit for rice is measured at greater than 60C.
- Three compartment sink available.
- Bleach solution available in a bucket and spray bottle and measured at 100 ppm chlorine residual.
- No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection.
- Food storage practices satisfactory.
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
