Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasswasher was not supplied with iodine sanitizer. Glasswasher testing was missed the previous day.

- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers (walk-in, sliding door) are ≤ 4°C
- Glasswasher is available. 12.5 ppm iodine detected (after correction).
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available at bar area
- Dicasan PAA (peroxyacetic acid) sanitizer is available for brewery equipment
- Pest control is available (weekly visits). Traps are in place.
- Premise is well lit

Note:
- Iodine test kit has expired (Oct 2019). Ensure a new test kit is obtained.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises (perimeter, underneath/behind equipment) for rodent droppings. Clean up by wiping with 1/10 bleach solution. Send a copy of the most recent pest control report to the health inspector.
