209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): [REPEAT VIOLATION] Five milk crates observed stored outside directly on the floor. Milk crates contain cooked peeled potatoes. Staff placed the crates of potatoes in the walk-in cooler during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): DO NOT STORE ANY FOOD ITEMS OUTSIDE. All food MUST be stored inside the premise, protected from potentail physical, chemical and biological contamination. Failure to comply in future will lead to progressive enforcement (Order/Ticketing).

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: [REPEAT VIOLATION] Rodent droppings observed in the samosa preparation room AND samosa preparation storage room. Droppings are observed on the floor, away from food. Rodent droppings are found on the floor next to the stand-up freezer, behind the storage room door, and behind the large storage racks at the back. No rodent traps are observed in place.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aforementioned areas to remove rodent droppings wearing appropriate PPE. Do not sweep or vaccum droppings. Spray affected areas with bleach solution (1 part bleach with 9 parts water). Contact pest control company to assess the rodent problem and to apply traps/treatment in this specific room as necessary.

Observations:
- Both walk-in coolers at or below 4'C
- General sanitation has improved. Samosa preparation storage room has been observed slighly improved in organization. Still some clutter observed on the floor.
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Bleach sanitizer measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- Some rodent activity still observed (Refer to Violation #304 for more information)
- Pest report available on site for most recent pest control visit.
- Ceiling tiles have been replaced and are observed in good working order in kitchen - good!
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
- Staff observed wearing hair nets
