Routine Check: Kitchen is located in White Rock community center and is mostly used by private groups. Cooler is at <4 C - good. Hand washing station has liquid soap and paper towels. Dishwasher (commercial) has a hot water sanitizing rinse. Premises is clean. Food events open to the public may require a Temporary Food Permit. Contact Fraser Health if you have any questions. Regulations do not apply to private groups using the kitchen where food is prepared by volunteer members of the group and the event is not open to the public.
