-Renos have been done and handsink adding in main kitchen as well as ice cream area -Three-compartment added for dishwashing in the main kitchen -All temperatures met health requirements -Ensure FoodSafe Certificates are on-site and one person at all times has FoodSafe -Bleach @ 100ppm -Hot dipper well for scoops @ 60°C water changed every 2 hrs or when dirty -Submit Food Safety Plan for any other food that is added. Submit Floor Plan for anymore changes.
