All Infractions have been corrected -maintain

-operator has added a display fridge upstairs for supplementing main floor cooler storage
-Goods in Walk-in cooler clear in walk-in area unless on carts
-Handwash sinks adequately stocked and clear for use
-Proper storage of foods in preparation cooler
-utensils stored in clean containers or magnetic strips

NOTE: for the spatulas maintain them in ice water instead of warm water and dishwash every 4 hours
