- Upright Freezers (x2 located in Room 3143): -12C to -16C (food maintained in a frozen state)
**Freezers must maintain temperature ≤-18C. Monitor unit temperatures.
- Food storage practices appear satisfactory - food is protected from contamination.
- 200 ppm QUATS available for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
- Drink scoops stored in ice water between uses.
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 79.6C at dish surface.
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
