Follow-up Inspection Conducted for report#JCHY-CS6RBG. All violations in report#JCHY-CS6RBG have been corrected: -Updated floorplan have been submitted. -Facility layout in accordance to updated floorplan submitted. -All handwashing sink are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. -QUATs hose measured at 200ppm. End of day equipment are rolled into the dishpit to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized using hose.
