Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # JFEN-BMLP64 of Mar-11-2020 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: The espresso servery station has no soap and paper towel at sink. Correction: Ensure that this station has soap and paper towel in dispensers at the station for handwashing. Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # ADIG-CXCTPL of Nov-07-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishwasher is out of service. Drinks for coffee is in single use containers and cups. Night Service Program has pots and pans cleaned in 2 comp sink that cannot fit into dishwasher. Correction: Ensure dishwasher is fixed before next community or church dinner that requires the use of flatware or dishware beyond the capacity of use of the 2 compartment sinks. Follow up regarding dishwasher: -Typical use for dishwasher - requires to be turned on about 30min to 1hr ahead of time -Green light must be on before dishwasher can be run -Facility has sanitizer an ability to use 2 comp sink method -Dishwasher >71C at final rinse (75.7C) -Freezer handle has been fixed from last time -Freezer seal has been cleaned -Quat sanitizer was too high last time -Tested spray bottle (now has new instructions written on, great job), 200ppm Quats -Recommend test strips when making the sanitizer -Hand sink at coffee bar is fully supplied and clean. -Also removed historical note regarding handsink.
