Comments

-Under counter cooler was at 2C.
-Display cooler was at 4C.
-Domestic refrigerator/freezer was at 3C/-13C.
-Under counter freezer was at -20C.
-Chest freezer was at -20C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach was tested at 100ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff member observed practicing good hand hygiene practices at the time of inspection.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were tested at 100ppm and 200ppm.
-Coffee steaming attachment sanitized with bleach sanitizer after each use (spray bottle located next to the coffee machine).
-Blenders sanitized in the 3-compartment sink after each use.
-Ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary. Scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Did not observe foods stored in used plastic bags.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by professional pest control.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until October 14, 2028.
