Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pizza cooler was at 6C.
Corrective Action(s): Service or adjust the cooler to ensure it can maintain 4C or less at all times. Refrigeration gas was added to the unit at the time of inspection. Cooler was at 4C at the time of inspection. Continue to monitor the cooler unit and service or adjust as needed.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Front cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -16C.
-Hot holding cabinet is used only for the student lunch rush - after lunch the pizza is discarded. Hot holding cabinet is not used during the evening.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach was at 100ppm.
-Bleach sanitizer pail was at 100ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pest noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
