-Follow-up inspection to September 29, 2020. -Handwash station drain pipe has been repaired. Drain still has minor leakage and will require silicon tape to form a tight seal. -Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary at the time of inspection. -Raw meats were found properly stored below ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection. -Some scoops were still found stored inside containers. Ensure all scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of foods. -Health Permit hand delivered to the operator. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. COVID-19: -Facility has started to collect contact information for dine-in customers, however information is not complete. The first AND last name and phone number or email address is required for at least one person in each party. -Background music was not louder than normal conversation, measured from the seating with the loudest music.
