Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two in-use tongs were improperly stored in buckets of water that appeared murky and without ice.
Corrective Action(s): Provide fresh ice water for storing tongs and switch out the tongs with clean ones. In-use tongs must be cleaned and sanitized at least every 4 hours. The ice water must be replaced if the ice has melted or if it appears murky.
