209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food stored in coolers observed uncovered and food stored in containers noted without lids on. Operator covered food with saram wraps and lids at the time of inspection. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 9 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Item 1: Build ups observed through out the kitchen, dining area on swing door and customer chairs. Item 2: dust build up noted on walk-in cooler walls. Item 3: Build ups and food debris noted inside the microwave oven. Corrective Action(s): Item 1: Ensure to deep clean and wipe down all high touch areas to remove stains, fingerprints and grease build-ups. Increase the frequency of your cleaning schedule. Ensure screen door is properly fit on the door so that there is no open gap. Routine inspection - Hand washing stations equipped with hot/cold running water,liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. HW stations are to remain unobstructed at all times! HW discussed with staff. - Walk-in cooler measured at or below 4 degree C. Under counter coolers measured at or below 4C. Upright freezer measured at or below -18C. - Sanitizer available and spray bottles properly labeled. - General sanitation discussed. Stainless Steel wraps to be removed from the wall and around dish washing sink so that cleaning walls are easy. - No obvious sign of pest noted at this date. -
