Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low pressure room temp water at front Handsinks. Strong water pressure for cold water.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure front handsink is capable of supplying hot & cold water at a strong water pressure - enough to be able to wash hands thoroughly. Operator was able to make some adjustments during inspection with some improvements. Additional work may be required.

Hand sinks has liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water (except noted above)
- Regular handwashing and glove use observed during inspection while and before handling food
- Freezers: -15C or colder
- Coolers: 4C or colder
- Hot holding unit: 60 C or hotter
- Reviewed manual dishwashing procedure - no concerns
- Sanitizer was 200 ppm QUATS, ensure to have a spray bottle or bucket with wiping rags up front.
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
