- Handsinks (in front, at back 3-compartment sink, and in staff washroom) were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- Staff hygiene is satisfactory: clean attire (aprons) and hair tied back
- Single use disposal gloves discarded after each use in deli service

Food contact surface sanitizer spray bottle achieved 200 to 400 ppm QUATS with test strips.
Food contact surfaces are cleaned, sanitized and rinsed after use and in the morning each day.
3 compartment sink supplied with hot and cold running water and bleach and drain plugs
400 ppm chlorine measured in sink solution with test strips (recommended 100 to 200 ppm chlorine for sanitizing equipment and utensils)
