General comments:
-General sanitation is excellent
-All handwashing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
-Upright freezer -18C
-Chest freezer -18C
-Two upright coolers 4C
-Hot holding units not in use at the time of the inspection
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 72C at the plate level
-Surface sanitizer in spray bottles at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
-Dry storage is kept in sanitary condition. Additional shelving unit is required.
-No signs of pest activity
-FOODSAFE certified staff on duty.
