Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice in rice cooker measured at 49.5C internal temperature. Rice cooker was turned off. Staff informed was made at 9:30am. Inspection conducted at 1:30pm.
Corrective Action(s): Transfer cooked rice into smaller containers to allow it to be cooled from 60C to 20C within 2 hours and 20C to 4C within 4 hours.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottle and dispenser at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. Domestic dishwasher that is UL certified available.
Stand-up domestic coolers/freezers combination measured at 4C and -18C or lower respectively.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
