Observation: Rodent droppings noted in the following areas:
KITCHEN:
-behind and around the pizza oven
-around the bulk flour bins
-around the stand up mixer
-under and behind the unused hot holder or proofer with take out pizza boxes on top
-floor corners around the pasta and appy prep coolers
-behind deep fryer freezer
-behind and around the clothes washer
-under the staff shoe storage crates
-floor corners around the dishpit
DRY STORAGE:
-under the pop syrup boxes
-in the lower storage shelves (particularly around juice boxes and take out containers/)
FRONT OF HOUSE:
-cabinets under the POS machines outside of the office
-between the lounge area booths and windows
-behind the danby drink cooler unit
-around the emergency exit door
this is not an exhaustive list

2 live mice caught in server expo area traps. Report to pest control and have them service the traps
Corrective Action(s): Clean the above noted areas. Sanitize areas using a 100 ppm bleach solution (1 tsp bleach with 1L of water).
Follow recommendations of pest control technician.
Check areas on a more frequent basis.

-rodent entry hole noted underneath mezzanine 2 person booth seat
-rodent entry hole noted at emergency exit door baseboard
-hole and broken baseboard tile noted at kitchen central handsink wall to dishpit
Corrective Action(s): Repair the above noted areas. Monitor areas on a frequent basis to repair any new entry holes
