Numerous spray bottles checked on site around kitchen and snack bar - all 200ppm Logs for dispensing unit read between 200-400ppm daily, including today EHO took numerous measurements of various temperatures of water, reading a maximum of 50-100ppm quats Continue to use the deli dispenser as this unit still appears to be varying in concentrations. Recommend checking water pressure as a source of the problem
