General sanitation satisfactory. Operator to ensure hard-to-reach areas are cleaned and sanitized as per Sanitation Plan.
Downstairs and upstairs 3-compartment sinks available for manual warewashing. Manual warewashing procedures reviewed with operator. Procedures were satisfactory.
Coolers (downstairs walk-in unit, 2 prep units - upper and lower components, standing unit) noted at 4C or below.
Freezers (walk in, standing unit) noted at -18C or below.
Sanitizer bottle noted 100-200ppm chlorine.
Handwashing sinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. Operator to ensure adequate supply of single-use paper towels available on site.
Food storage satisfactory. Foods are stored at least 15 cm off the floors and protected from contamination.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Permit posted in a conspicuous location.
