Correction: - Please clean and sanitize the guards. Correction: - Low temperature dishwasher requires 50-100PPM bleach to sanitize the dishware. - Please get it fixed. At the same time, Sanitize dishes in the 2nd sink with 100ppm bleach. Follow up inspection was conducted with the presence of the owner. - Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized, no stain or slime on the plastic guard. - Dishwasher tested 50ppm and the owner stated he could smell bleach at the end of the rinse cycle. Please keep monitoring the bleach concentration for proper sanitation. - Owner has contacted Fraser Health and was told to online learning FOOD SAFE. Please contact Health inspector if you have any questions.
