Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Orange Stuff was used as the food surface sanitizer. This is a multi-surface cleaner and not a food surface sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Manager made 200 ppm bleach in pail (2mL of bleach to 1 Liter of water). Ensure wiping clothes are stored inside when not in use.

Observation: Insert cooler on top of the prep cooler was not turned on. Manager stated this cooler was broken and in the process of being fixed. No potentially hazardous food was stored inside.
Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the insert cooler to ensure an ambient air temperature of 4C or less is maintained. Correct by: Sep 30, 2019.

- Under the counter and chest freezer maintained at -18C.
- Pizza time tracked and discarded after 2 hours. Time tracking records available for review.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Sink plug available for use.
- Food processor maintained in sanitary condition.
- Food products stored off the ground and organized.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
