Ice scoop stored on drying rack Water at correct level in ice water slurry for cold holding yogurt . Disposable wiping cloths being stored in quat sanitizer when not in use. Ensure sanitizer is changed every 2 hours and the wiping cloth is disposed off at the end of the day.
