Kitchen has a domestic upright cooler/freezer: cooler at 2.4 deg C, freezer at --19 deg C
Separate room has another domestic upright cooler/freezer: cooler at 2.2 deg C, freezer at -18 deg C
Chest freezer at -22 deg C
Thermometers present in all coolers and freezers
2 compartment sink also serves as their handsink (previously approved)--> handsink has hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels (keep paper towels close to the sink)
Domestic dishwasher available on site, ensure to use sanitizer cycle for all dishes
Bleach water spray sanitizer at 200 ppm chlorine residual
General sanitation good, no signs of pests observed at time of inspection
Owner/operator is on site and has FoodSafe certificate, dated October 31/2004.
**Note: Your FoodSafe certificate will expire on July 29 this year. You must either renew by re-taking the FoodSafe level 1 course, or by going to the FoodSafe website and taking the online refresher course.
