General sanitation - satisfactory.
The fan hood - clean.
Prep. insert cooler at 3.6 C (the kitchen).
Walk-in cooler at 1.4 C.
Food storage in the walk-in cooler - organized. (Note: Few items of food are not covered on top of a storage shelf. All food must be covered.)
High temperature dishwasher at 76 C.
Kitchen hand-washing sink supplied with hot and cold running water; liquid soap & paper towel.
Bleach solution - available. Surface sanitizer in a container at 100 ppm.
3-compartment sink - satisfactory.
No signs of pests are noted at the time of inspection.
Washrooms - satisfactory (hot/cold running water/liquid soap and paper towel - available).

Note: No preparation at the time of inspection.

Recommendation:
- The ceiling and walls in the walk-in cooler has to be cleaned from dust.
- Wall near the pizza oven, back side of the prep. cooler have to be cleaned from grease and food debris.
