Outstanding items from previous inspection have been corrected except for code 311: 306 - premises maintained in sanitary condition; corners and underneath shelves now included 502 - Two employees have valid Food Safe 1 certification at time of inspection. More staff will be getting their Food Safe training. **Code 311 - white fridge to be replaced by end of the year as per management. Cooler will be commercial type.
