=All coolers measured < 4 c and all freezers measured < -18 C
=Rotisserie chicken hot held at 67C internal, 5 hour shelf life, 2 hours for wings/potatoes
=Quats sanitizer solution measured 200 ppm out of dispenser and in bottles
=Rotisserie chicken temperatures are recorded electronically after each batch. Reviewed during the inspection
=high temperature tray washer measured 71C at the dish surface, staff were able to demonstrate proper manual warewashing procedures for 3 compartment sink
=No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection
=Staff FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certification verified to be valid to August 2027
