- Cold storage facility for packaged fresh and frozen products. - Walk-in cooler was at 0C - Walk-in freezer was at -20C - Automated temperature monitoring and alarms in place for cooler and freezer 24 hours/day at approx. 5 min intervals. Temperature monitoring data shown by Operator at time of inspection. - Temperature of products checked and recorded at receipt and shipment. - No evidence of pest infestation at the time of the inspection. Pest Control contract in place with monthly service. Report from last visit (28-Dec-2018) reviewed at time of inspection. * Follow all recommendations of Pest Control Technician regarding preventative measures ie. weather stripping at bay door
