Routine inspection - Hand washing station maintained. - Sanitizer 200ppm chlorine available in spray bottles. Bottles labeled properly. - Ice maker maintained. Ensure to frequently clean the lid and outer parts. - 2-comp sink maintained. Some regular clean up required to be done. - Coolers measure at or below 4C. Freezers measured at or below-18C. A new display added to the front. Pop cooler placed by the entrance. Temperatures maintained. - Secondary cooking step noted for meat, chicken etc. - Hot holding units measure at or above 60C. Rice in cookers measure above 60 C. - General sanitation is overall good. - Lysol spray provided for customer tables and chairs. - New laminate floor noted in the back and dry storage room. Ensure to finish baseboards through out and seal floor perimeters to the wall. Overall improvements noted. Lighting improved. - Bubble tea implements clean up and sanitizing discussed. No obvious sign of pest noted at this date.
