General comments:

> Handsink stations beside the fryer station, back of house near the exit door, Bar station and staff washroom were fully equipped with liquid hand soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
> Coolers
- 3 prep coolers in the Food preparation area measured 4 degrees C
- Walk-in-cooler measured 2 degrees C
> Freezers
- 1 door Freezer near the dishwasher measured -18 degrees C
- 1 door Freezer at the back of house measured -19 degrees C.
> Dishwasher final rinse temperature reached 74.1 degrees C.
> 2-compartment sink QUAT sanitizer dispenser measured 200 ppm. 1 sink plug available and 1 is broken. Operator already ordered a new one.
> Sanitizer spray bottle measured 200 ppm QUATS.
> Chlorine spray bottle measured >200 ppm.
> Vents over the cook line had no grease accumulation.

> General sanitation was satisfactory
> Shellfish tag was not available during the inspection; however receipt from supplier was provided. Operator was told to keep the shellfish tags of all deliveries in the future.
