General sanitation - satisfactory.
Friendly Reminder:
Fan hood must be cleaned as per the schedule on May 19, 2019 - no delay please;
Handwashing sinks (front & kitchen) supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel in wall-mounted dispensers.
Coolers below 4.0 C;
Walk-in freezer at -25 C;
Thermometers for cold units - available;
High temperature dishwasher at 73.9 C during final rinse at the dish surface;
Sanitizer solution available in spray bottle and it at 50 ppm of Chlorine concentration;
Food storage practices are satisfactory in dry storage area;
No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection;
Washroom - clean;fully supplied;
Note: Scoops for bulk bins are available now.

Recommendation:
- Do not double stack containers with food (uncovered).
