Premises is exceptionally clean. New sterilizer, tray is laid out and auto claved per client - autoclave time is 7 minutes. Monthly spore tests. Records kept Hand wash sink is stocked and properly used. All equipment cleaning done in "dirty room". Good separation. Disinfectant for all surfaces - peroxide wipes.
