At this inspection there were 22 children, 5 staff and the Manager present. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy will be emailed.
The following was discussed with the Manager:
· Digital files - digital files are accepted, as long as the records are produced upon inspection. The Manager would have to think about a plan if there was a power outage or a system issue and the digital files were not accessible. The Manager may use a staff file checklist for Licensing review and to ensure that all required documentation is complete.
· Ensuring the washroom sinks are only used for handwashing and clear of any clutter and toys
