Inspection report: 25470 Met with Shannon, kitchen manager High temperature dishwasher - reached 71c at the plate surface They did not operate since 2019 Bleach used as approved sanitizer The following need your attention: - keep the daily temp logs when the facility is in operation or rented out - The wood counter above the dishwashing machine to be sealed/ resurfaced/ so they are non absorbent and easy to clean
