Shelving areas good - goods are either on skids or on the shelves provided >15cm off the floor Orkin Pest control will be coming in twice a month as per operator Walk-in cooler 4 deg. C (seafood) - light bulbs need shatter shields Note: operator has purchased a reefer truck for perishables and long hauls - an accurate thermometer is needed at food level as well -operator must be daily logging temperatures for all fridges -recommend plastic flap curtains to better maintain heat in reefer trucks Walk-in freezer #1 -20 deg.
